Jasmine Tea Smoothie Recipes
It's the summer of 2017 and I'm just a little bit obsessed with jasmine tea. Ok fine, I'm totally obsessed. However, how can one not be when it's so versatile! I've been experimenting with it a lot, so here are my fav smoothie blends.
Banana & Blueberry
A simple one, but. Oh. So. Good! Jasmine adds a delicate intricacy to this classic fruity smoothie. I make this with the following ingredients and just pop them all in the blender. It's sweet, but as there's no milk, it's also refreshing and juicy.
- 1 Banana
- Handful of Blueberries
- 180ml Cold Brewed Jasmine Tea
Peach & Banana
As peaches are very juicy, I add a little yogurt into the mix to thicken it right up and make this smoothie extra creamy.
- 1 Peach
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbp vegan coconut Yogurt
- 180ml Cold Brewed Jasmine Tea
Avocado, Mint & Ginger
Sometimes fruity smoothies can be that little bit too sweet and a more refreshing, savory combo is needed. However, if you find it's not sweet enough, you can always add a little honey or agave.
- Handful Spinach
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 180ml Cold Brewed Jasmine
- Chunk of Ginger
- Half an Avocado
- 1 Banana
If you want to added creaminess in this smoothie, you can also add 100ml of oat milk.
