Dry Hair, Beware | Nana + Livy
After MONTHS of use I finally finished the Nana + Livy Tea Tree Shampoo Bar!
How good was this bar shampoo?
I have thick, fine hair, that’s fairly healthy, but gets greasy easily. These factors made this bar shampoo a little too conditioning, for me at least. I can see it working really well for someone with dry hair, and/or thick, course hair.
Top 4 reasons for switching to bar shampoo
1. Removes waste - No more plastic bottles! Praise be! Many soap bars come naked or wrapped in paper that can be reused or recycled.
2. Long lasting - Liquid shampoo holds a lot of water, while bar soaps have all liquid elements removed, making them more concentrated, on a weight for weight comparison. This means, even if you don't look after the bar well, it will last for ages and you save money.
3. Keeps water systems clean - Shampoo bars tend to be natural formulas, meaning they cut out on chemicals that disrupt water systems.
4. Lower carbon footprint - Less waste, long last and clean. These elements combined help keep the carbon foot print for bar shampoos lower than traditional shampoo.
